These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application, website, and services provided by Webwabi Private Limited (“Yett”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Yett platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Electronic Record and Legal Basis

This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules thereunder, as applicable. It does not require any physical or digital signatures. It is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, requiring publication of rules, regulations, privacy policy, and Terms of Use for access or usage of the platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use Yett or be under parental guidance and consent to use the app. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.

Account Registration

You may browse the Yett platform without creating an account. Brands or stores must register by providing accurate business details, store locations, and catalogue information. Users are responsible for the confidentiality and accuracy of their login information.

Users may also voluntarily provide information when communicating with brands via Yett.

Use of the Platform

For Shoppers: Yett enables exploration of brands, discovery of offers, receipt of smart alerts, and saving favorite stores or items.
For Brands/Stores:Yett allows uploading of catalogues, digital offers, store data, and QR-based engagement tools. All content must be accurate, lawful, and non-infringing on third-party rights.

Content & Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, images, videos, and product content uploaded by brands or businesses, or by Yett on their behalf, remain the property of their respective business owners. By uploading content, you grant Yett a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display such content on the platform or for marketing purposes.

Privacy

Use of Yett is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.

Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

• Misrepresent identity or business credentials;
• Upload defamatory, illegal, or harmful content;
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or attempt unauthorized access to the platform or any data therein;
• Use the platform for unlawful or prohibited activities under Indian or local laws.

Catalogue Integration

Businesses may manually upload catalogues or integrate them through supported POS systems. Yett reserves the right to remove any misleading or inappropriate catalogue listings.

Payment and Fees

While general browsing is free, premium features and onboarding assistance for businesses may be subject to fees. Yett reserves the right to introduce or revise pricing with prior notice.

Customers purchase fixed credits to access services. Refunds or cancellations are not applicable as per company policy.

Refund Policy

As per our policy, we do not offer refunds or accept returns. Customers purchase fixed-value credits to use on the platform.

No Warranties

Yett and third parties do not provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of information provided through the platform. The use of Yett is at your sole risk, and you are expected to evaluate the appropriateness of the services for your needs.

Third-Party Links

Yett may include links to third-party websites or services including seller apps, Google Maps, and social media. These are provided for your convenience. Use of such third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Yett is not responsible for their content or policies.

Limitation of Liability

Yett is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Use or inability to use the platform;
• Errors or inaccuracies in content provided by brands;
• Issues arising from third-party integrations or offline purchases.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Webwabi Private Limited, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any third-party claims, penalties, or legal actions arising from your breach of these Terms, Privacy Policy, or any applicable law.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, legal restraints, cyberattacks, or service disruptions.

Modifications to Terms

Yett reserves the right to amend or revise these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated Terms. Users are encouraged to periodically review them.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the platform at our discretion if you violate any of these Terms or engage in unlawful activities.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any related disputes are governed by the laws of India. All legal proceedings arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and other applicable policies, constitute the entire agreement between the user and Yett. Any conflicting terms proposed by the user are expressly rejected.
