Yett is a discovery and engagement platform that enables users to explore brands, stores, catalogues, and offers available across cities. Yett does not sell, pack, ship, or deliver physical goods directly. All purchases, deliveries, or offline transactions are conducted directly between users and independent brands or stores discovered through Yett.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Shipping, delivery, or logistics (if any) are entirely managed by the respective brand or store.

  • Each brand or store may have its own shipping methods, delivery timelines, service areas, and charges.

  • Yett does not control, supervise, or guarantee shipping services offered by any third party.

Users are advised to confirm shipping details directly with the brand or store before making a purchase.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary depending on:

    • The merchant’s internal operations

    • Product availability

    • Delivery location

    • Courier or local delivery services used by the merchant

Yett does not provide delivery estimates and shall not be responsible for delays or early deliveries.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are determined by the brand or store.

  • Charges may vary based on distance, order value, weight, or delivery method.

  • Any shipping fee is communicated by the merchant directly to the user.

Yett does not collect or process shipping charges on behalf of merchants.

Privacy

Use of Yett is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.

Local & Third-Party Deliveries

Some merchants may offer:

  • Local delivery

  • Courier-based shipping

  • Pickup or in-store collection

These services are governed solely by the merchant’s own policies and service providers

Damaged, Missing, or Delayed Deliveries

In case of:

  • Damaged products

  • Missing items

  • Delayed deliveries

  • Incorrect shipments

Users must contact the respective brand or store directly.
Yett is not responsible for resolving delivery disputes, refunds, or replacements.

No Liability for Shipping

Yett shall not be liable for:

  • Failure or delay in delivery

  • Quality or condition of shipped products

  • Courier service issues

  • Loss or damage during transit

All such matters are between the user and the merchant

International Shipping

International shipping, if offered, is at the discretion of the merchant.
Any customs duties, taxes, or compliance requirements are the sole responsibility of the user and the merchant.

Yett does not facilitate or manage international shipping.

Relationship Disclaimer

Nothing in this Shipping Policy shall be construed as creating any partnership, agency, or employment relationship between Yett and any brand, store, courier, or logistics provider.
