Unlike online platforms where filters, reviews, and catalogs guide every move, physical stores still function in silos. You may fall in love with a particular pair of shoes, only to be disappointed that your size is not available. And because it is offline, you probably will not remember to follow up, unlike online where you would simply click ‘notify me when back in stock.’
